Christmas Gift Guide For Beauty Lovers

Struggling to find something to buy your makeup obsessed girlfriend? Or do you have a female secret Santa and you have no clue what to get her? Or perhaps you want to treat your mum, sister or niece to something special this Christmas? Well, luckily for you, I've got you covered.

This blog post is all about gifts perfect for a beauty lover, like myself. I've structured it into price bands, ranging from £4 to £165, so that there's a gift in here for everyone.

I hope you enjoy reading this as much as I enjoyed researching it!

£0 - £10

Ted Baker 'Little Petal Pretty Pearl' - £4

Boots Website
This cute mini-size body spray is perfect for any teenage girl, as it fits into any handbag or P.E kit, and is more boujee than the average body spray.

Soap & Glory 'Merry Kiss-Much' - £6

Boots Website
This bauble style packaging seems to be very popular among brands this year, but I can't blame them as it's such a good, practical idea for a present!

In this particular bauble you would receive a sexy mother-pucker lip gloss in a beautiful rosy pink with gold shimmers, as well as a black kohl eyeliner. This would be brilliant for anyone starting out in makeup, or anyone at school who aren't allowed to wear too much makeup.

Real Techniques '2 Mini Miracle Sponges' - £6

Boots Website
This gift set is personally on my Christmas list, as I prefer mini sponges for doing my under-eye concealer, and I'm sure any makeup-lover would appreciate this thoughtful gift, as you'd be making her life easier. Plus, it won't break the bank!

Baylis & Harding 'Beauticology Rockin Robin Bath Fizzers' and 'Beauticology Donut Bath Fizzers' - £6

Boots Website
I cannot believe these gift sets are only £6, as you get 4 bath bombs! Anywhere else this would be much more expensive.

They come in cute packaging of red robins and pink donuts, baring the scents of candy cane and cranberry or sprinkles and vanilla donut.

Ted Baker 'Delicate Lips and Tips' - £8.50

Boots Website
This little tree decoration contains a beautiful lilac nail polish and a dark nude lipstick. I have received gifts similar to this in the past from Ted Baker, and can confirm that the nail polish is better than many high-street brands because it wears nicely and doesn't chip easily.

This set would be perfect if you have a female secret Santa to buy for, as all girls love nail polish and a new lippie! However, if this colour-way isn't up your street, never fear, as it comes in other shades also.

Soap & Glory 'Pink Credibles' - £10

Boots Website
In this gift set you receive mini's of Soap & Glory's most loved products, including: a shower gel, body scrub, hand cream, body butter and a face mask! This would be perfect for anyone who loves a pamper session, especially after a hectic Christmas Day.

Soap & Glory 'The Zest of Times' - £10

Boots Website
Firstly, I cannot believe that once again, this gift set is only priced at £10, as you get a de-puffing eye mask, body wash, body spray, hand cream and body butter, all in a zesty lime scent. This would be appreciated by any girl, because who doesn't love a little self-care?!

Mario Badescu 'Holiday Ornament Duo' - £10

Beauty Bay Website
In this skincare bauble, you will receive a facial spray containing aloe, herbs and rosewater to help hydrate dry winter skin, as well as a lip balm to aid chapped lips.

Beauty Blender 'Blenderdefender' - £10

Beauty Bay Website
This item is on my Christmas list, as I have nowhere to put my makeup sponge, and it gets mucky and dirty and I don't fancy putting it back into my makeup bag.

However, with this ingenious little tool, it solves all problems, as you pop your sponge into the casing and it protects it!

Benefit Mini's - £10.50 each

Benefit Website
On both the Benefit and Boots website you can find a huge variety of mini Benefit products in a cute mini travel size, ranging from mascaras, primers, bronzers, blushers and brow products. This is such a good idea because not only is there something for everyone, it also doesn't break the bank, and is a good way to try the products before spending extra money on the full-sized version!

£11 - £20

Soap & Glory 'The Mask Force Five'

Boots Website
If you're like me and have fallen to the face mask crave this year, then this gift set will be perfect for you, as it features 5 masks ready to tackle different issues.
Within the 5 you get: 1 sheet mask, 1 under-eye mask, 1 moisturising mask, 1 pore-refining mask and 1 peel off mask, meaning there's something in here for everybody.

Kendall + Kylie 'Dorothy Pencil Case with Coin Purse' - £12.50

Boots Website
Okay, if who you're buying for is anything like me and is obsessed with the Kardashian clan, then this gift is beyond perfect.

Here, you get a pencil case and a coin purse, which is fab if she has an office job or in need of a new stylish purse. They feature in a beautiful traditional Christmassy metallic red faux-leather, making it more durable than normal fabric material.

Benefit 'Confection Cuties' - £14.50

Boots Website
This gift set comes in a trio of tins, with each tin containing either a mini mascara, brow gel or primer. It's claimed this gift set is worth £31.50, meaning you're saving a lot of money with this purchase.

This is also good for someone who is just starting out in makeup, or wants to try a bit of Benefit but doesn't want to splurge on the full-sized products.

Sigma 'All-Eyes Mini Brush Set' - £15

Cult Beauty Website
Sigma makeup brushes are renowned for being one of the best makes of brushes on the market, so you could do no wrong by buying your loved one this really reasonably priced brush set.

You get all the essential brushes you would need to complete a full eye look.

Kendall + Kylie 'Abbey Beauty Bag and Mirror in Clear' - £16

Boots Website
If you think the Kardashian-obsessed person you're buying for wouldn't appreciate the gift above, perhaps they would prefer a Kendall + Kylie makeup bag and matching mirror.

I already have this and can say it's the perfect size to fit all of your makeup in and the see-through material is handy as you can easily grab the item you're looking for. Additionally, the mirror is also of good quality.

Beauty Blender 'Sweet Surprise' - £19

Beauty Bay Website
The brand Beauty Blender helped to popularise the makeup sponge, and in this gift set you receive one of their famous sponges as well as a soap to clean it.

This is a bargain, as the sponge alone retails for around £17.

Benefit 'BROWS on, LASH out' - £20

Benefit Website
You might have noticed that Benefit features regularly on this gift guide, but that's because they have released so many amazing gift sets this year! So it's no surprise that I felt like I had to show you this one too. Here you get a full-sized brow powder duo and mini mascara and brow gel. This is also going on my Christmas list this year, as I haven't had the chance yet to try and Benefit makeup, and feel this is a good kit to test the brand.

Charlotte Tilbury 'Mini Hollywood Lips Duo' - £20

Cult Beauty Website
Has your spouse always wanted to try Charlotte Tilbury but can't justify the price? Well this gift set is perfect as it's priced at just £20.

Inside you get 2 mini liquid lipsticks, one in a light rosy shade and the other in a deeper mauve, which flatter many skin tones.

MAC 'Gold Party Favours Mini Glitter and Pigment' - £25

Debenhams Website
This glitter set is perfect for all of those Christmas and New Year's party plans you might have coming up, because what better time of year to wear glitter?!

For MAC this is very reasonably priced, and you get your money's worth as you won't be running out of the pigments any time soon.

Real techniques 'Sleigh All Night' - £25

Boots Website
Makeup brushes are always a good shout for Christmas or birthday presents, as girls can always do with nice clean new ones, and this set in particular contains the essential brushes for a full-face of makeup. I own numerous Real Techniques brushes and can say first hand that they are extremely good quality for the price you pay.

Still 'Dazzle Glitter & Glow Liquid Eyeshadow' - £29

Beauty Bay Website
Most girls have heard of and lust over Stila's liquid eyeshadows, as they are so sparkly and glittery, and perfect for Christmas time!

In this set you get 3 mini shadows in gold, iridescent white and bronze-gold. I promise you that any female who opens this gift will love you forever!

Revolution 'Totally Soph' - £30

Superdrug Website
If the person you're buying for watches beauty YouTubers, then she has most likely come across a girl who goes by the name 'SophDoesNails'.

She has come out with her own collection of Christmas makeup sets with the brand Revolution. This one in particular features a condensed version of her eyeshadow palette, a contour, highlight and blush trio, as well as 3 lip glosses.

Benefit 'Sweeten Up, Buttercup!' - £34.50

Boots Website
This set is really good value for money as it claims to be worth a whopping £82. It features a full-sized mascara, brow gel and primer, as well as a mini bronzer and makeup bag.

Revolution 'Ultimate Essentials' - £35

Beauty Bay Website
This is probably one of the most well-priced to value sets I've come across during my research for this blog post. It contains nearly a full-face of makeup, including a brow palette, highlight, contour and blush trio, eyeshadow primer, eyeshadow palette, lip palette, highlighting duo and 3 makeup brushes.

Zoeva 'Caramel Melange' - £38

Beauty Bay Website
If you definitely know for sure that the person you're buying for is into makeup then this gift set is a sure winner.

For £38 you get 4 full-sized products, including: a 10-pan eyeshadow palette, highlighter duo, liquid lipstick and matching lip liner. However, if the colours aren't your cup of tea, then Zoeva do 2 other sets with differing colour-ways.

Feel Unique Website
In this Charlotte Tilbury set you get an eyeshadow quad, eye liner, mascara, blusher, lip liner, lipstick, lip gloss and makeup bag.

She does multiples of these sets in different colours and shades to compliment different skin tones, which is good to see, as sadly many companies overlook this.
